Refund and Returns Policy

At Zam Zam Kesar, we take pride in offering premium-quality Kashmiri products — from saffron and honey to dry fruits, oils, and wellness items. Each order is carefully packed to ensure you receive products in perfect condition.
However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.

• You received the wrong product or an incomplete order.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for opened food items, personal care products, or consumables due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Timeframe

You must raise a return or refund request within 5 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we may not be able to process your request.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

3. Once verified, our team will guide you through the pickup or replacement process.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method or through store credit, depending on your preference.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note, we cannot offer returns or refunds on:

• Saffron, honey, dry fruits, or any food product that has been opened or used.

• Products purchased during special sales or discounts.

• Custom or gift hampers created as per customer requests.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with our courier partner to issue a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
